I’ll continue to serve humanity– ODHA Speaker

The Speaker, Ondo State House of Assembly, Mr Olamide Oladiji has said he remains unwavering in his commitment to humanitarian services.
Oladiji stated this at his investiture as fellow of the Rotary Club International, District 91125, in Akure.
The Speaker said he remained committed in his service to the people, adding this is the best way to plough back to the society that made him.
While thanking the Rotary Club for the honour done him, the Speaker called on the leadership of the club to always involve him in any of their humanitarian ventures when occasions demand.
He added that his various humanitarian services have touched the lives of many indigent people, especially in Ondo town.
He noted that many students are on scholarship across various tertiary institutions, just as he has facilitated employment opportunities for several youths, even as the aged and market women have benefited from his empowerment programmes among others.
While presenting an award of excellence in service delivery to the Speaker, the President Rotary Club International, District 91125, Ibrahim Idayat commended Oladiji for his humanitarian services, especially to the less privileged.
Idayat Ibrahim noted that such services are in conformity with the ideals of the Rotary Club International.
On the occasion, the Rotary songs book was launched in honour of the Speaker and copies of the book were presented to him by the Special Assistant on Youth Mobilisation, Rotarian Akintayo Akinjolie.
