A gubernatorial aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Olusola Oke, has promised to do the asphalt overlay of the Oba-Akoko/ Ido-Ani road if he is given the opportunity to govern Ondo State.

Oke made the promise during his campaign tour  to the ward coordinators of his campaign, leaders and members of the APC in Ose Local Government area of the state.

He said good roads, functional and tech-based education as well as security are necessary ingredients of development and growth of commerce.

Oke said “Ondo state requires a deliberate development effort borne out of love for its greatness.

“Motorable roads, good and tech-based education and security are of essence to engender development.

“I will fix the Oba-Akoko to Ido-Ani road and complete its asphalt overlay.”

Oke, while addressing a section of the leaders of the party, said the productive energy of the youth needs to be unleashed.

He promised to revive technical education in the state
