An Akure-based upcoming gospel artiste, Kenny Adegoke has revealed that his greatest joy lies in music.

He  made this  disclosure during his  Praise  festival with the  theme: Praise in Grace, held at the Deliverance Church of God, Oke Itusile, Oba-Ile, Akure and attended by eminent people in the society.

During the praise programme, the hall was filled  to capacity with people from different walks of life dancing  to the melodious tunes of Adegoke .

While speaking with Friday Extravaganza, Adegoke said  his passion for music has afforded him the opportunity to dine with kings.

“This is my first time of organizing a concert in my life, I never knew God would favour me this way. It  was awesome to see  many people in my concert.

“I started singing when I was small, because I love singing, I joined  the choir in our church to enable me build my career in music, he said.

The artiste said he  takes delight in  praising God with what he has, and has seen the power  of God in his life whenever he  offer praises to  Him.

Adegoke who is an undergraduate student of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko,  despite the burden of assignments in the school  he  still has time to praise  God whenever they invite him to perform in an event.

Adegoke identified the issue of coordinating band members as a major challenge since he started singing.

He noted that his aim is to sanitise the country through his music and to restore  those that have  gone astray back to God.

In his remarks, the Chairman of the event,  Mr Oluwole Babatope, described Adegoke as a  responsible  young man that has the fear of God, loves working for God with what he has and committed  to  his calling.
