I’m committed  to improved staff welfare-Adetula

The Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of Owena Press Ltd, the publisher of The Hope, Sir. Ademola Adetula, has affirmed his unwavering commitment to better the welfare of workers in the media outfit to improve their productivity.

He spoke yesterday at the November edition of the monthly prayer meeting of the company held in the newsroom.

Adetula who also promised to be transparent in the day-to-day running of the establishment and be fair to all staff, equally charged members of staff to always love one another and be dedicated to their duties in order to collectively reposition and move the company forward.

He added that he will continue to do his best to ensure that all members of staff enjoy improved welfare to make them happy and satisfied.

The veteran journalist stressed the need for all the staff to forget whatever might be their past experiences and work in unity and love with one another to reposition the establishment.

He equally advised workers to key into the positive changes going on in the media outfit, saying it is for the revival and development of the company and the betterment of the staff to do so.

He assured that Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu led government in the state will continue to pay special attention to the government-owned media outfit.

The chairman said a suggestion box will be provided to enable members of staff who have complaints or suggestions express their minds for the progress of the company.

He noted that any worker who is aggrieved on any matter should direct such issue to the chairman where such complaint will be carefully looked into and handled.
