The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Wednesday postponed the Governorship and House of Assembly elections scheduled for March 11.

The election has been postponed to March 18, 2023.

According to a source, the elections was postponed in order to reconfigure the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) machines used during the February 25 presidential election.
