The Ondo State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Mr. Wale Akinlosotu, has described Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s overwhelming mandate in the November 16 governorship election as a clear endorsement by the people of Ondo State.

While congratulating his principal, Governor Aiyedatiwa, and his deputy, Dr. Olayide Adelami, on their outstanding victory at the polls, Akinlosotu highlighted the significance of the APC candidate’s resounding 18-0 win across all 18 local government areas, calling it a momentous achievement for the state.

The chairman of the Media and Publicity Committee of the State Campaign Council expressed immense joy at the announcement of Aiyedatiwa’s victory, reiterating that the governor’s mandate reflects the people’s trust and confidence in his leadership.

The commissioner extended his heartfelt appreciation to the executive members of the campaign council, particularly those in the Media and Publicity Committee at both state and local government levels.

He praised their dedication and tireless efforts in ensuring the election’s success, emphasising their pivotal role in achieving this milestone.

Akinlosotu reaffirmed his confidence in Governor Aiyedatiwa’s leadership, assuring the people of Ondo State that the governor would deliver on his promises. He also expressed optimism that the administration would bring significant development and progress to the state.

As Governor Aiyedatiwa receives his Certificate of Return from INEC headquarters in Abuja, Akinlosotu called on all public and political stakeholders to continue supporting the “People’s Governor.”

He urged collective efforts to strengthen democratic practices and ensure the administration’s success through 2029.
