‘Internal crisis: Making PDP members defect to APC’

The Ondo South Senatorial District aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Pastor Raphael Ademulegun has attributed the defection of the party’s members to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, to the internal wrangling within the PDP.
Ademulegun, who disclosed this during a radio programme on Radio Nigeria 102.5 FM , Akure, the State capital expressed optimism that the party will brace up to settle all its rancour ahead of future elections.
He said that the PDP is a vibrant opposition in the state, which the ruling party is afraid of.
“Our party has not gone to sleep as thought by some people. It reacts to issue as and when due, ” he said.
He maintained that the PDP as the strongest party in Nigeria would spring a surprise in 2023 general elections.
“The rancour within the PDP gave paved the way for the ruling APC to have our members . By God grace,we will brace up to settle all the rancour,” he assured
According to him, the party in its last meeting held in the South Senatorial District of the State had agreed to appeal to aggrieved members to come back to the party.
He pointed out that immediately the aggrieved members were able to push aside their aggression, assuring that the party will come on board with the support of God
