The management and staff of Owena Press Limited, publisher of The Hope Newspaper, Akure, have been encouraged to key into the Ondo State Government’s Orange Health Insurance Scheme (Oranghis).

Speaking on behalf of the team during a visit to Owena Press, the Business Development Officer of the scheme, Dr. Ekundayo Oluwole, stressed that the scheme was a significant relief to residents due to the exorbitant cost of healthcare in the country currently.

He said, “With this scheme, all you need to do is go to the Oranghis-accredited hospital where you have registered, receive treatment or undergo surgery, as the case may be, and the insurance pays for it.”

Dr. Oluwole, while pointing out that health is wealth, assured the staff that their fundamental rights would be protected in any accredited hospital they patronize and the scheme would always be available to help them cover the expenses.

He, however, added that Oranghis covers only the principal beneficiary, a spouse, and four children below 18 years, with 15 private and 21 government hospitals accredited across the State.
