Love gone awry? Family declares 2Baba missing, calls for DSS intervention

Rose Idibia, the mother of renowned musician 2Baba, has issued a heartfelt plea to Edo lawmaker Natasha Osawuru, urging her to stay away from her son.

Her appeal follows the circulation of a video showing 2Baba proposing to Natasha, sparking widespread reactions.

In a newly released video, Rose asserted that 2Baba is not in a stable state of mind, attributing his behaviour to the emotional toll of his ongoing divorce from Annie Idibia.

She implored Natasha to step back, insisting that she knows her son well and that his recent actions are uncharacteristic of him.

Rose also extended her appeal to mothers across Nigeria, seeking their support in intervening in the matter.

She said: “Good evening, Nigerians. My name is Mrs Rose Idibia, the mother of 2face. This message is for Miss Natasha Osawaru of Edo State. I’m calling on all mothers in Nigeria to help me beg her to free my son.

“My son is going through divorce process and he’s clearly not in his right senses now. I know my son, this is not him.”
