Middle age man, charge for stealing

A 23-year-old man, Philip lorlumun, others at large have been dragged before an Akure Chief Magistrate court, for alleged stealing a motorcycle.
According to the prosecution, the accused person and two others still at large, were said to have on July,12, at about 5pm, at Oba-ile conspired together to commit felony to wit stealing a motorcycle valued (195,000) Property of one Adebayo Adekunle.
The accused person, who is facing a two-court charge pleaded with not guilty of the offence after the charge sheet was read to him.
The offence committed was contrary to and punishable under sections 390 and 517 of the criminal code cap 37, vol 1 laws of the Ondo State of Nigeria 2006.
The counsel to the accused person, Baba Kayode Ogboye pleaded with the court that his client was innocent of the offences against him.
He prayed the court that he should be granted bail in a liberal term, and promised that he will not jump the bail.
The prosecutor, Omolade prayed the court that the cased be adjourned for him to present his witnesses and prepare full for the trial of the case.
In his ruling, the chief Magistrate Ojo Bukola granted the defendant bail with one N100,000 a surety in a the like sum. He adjourned the case to October, 13, 2020
