Nigerians have been implored to use modern-day building materials for their building projects to prevent it from collapse and safeguard their lives and property.
The Managing Director, Alpha 3D Limited, Mr. Oludare Bello stated this when he conducted the Ondo State House of Assembly committee on Commerce and Industry round the ongoing over 140 units Alpha 3D housing estate , located at Irese, Akure, during an inspection visit.
He informed that the company is into polysterene panel used for quality and affordable homes.
The Alpha 3D Limited which was established by the Ondo State Government few years ago, was to render quality building work to residents of the state and Nigerians at large.
The MD urged residents to key into innovative building options that has been embraced all over the world because of its unique features.
He noted that the houses which would be completed in no distant time, would be affordable as payment can be made in installments between 7 and 10 years.
He said aside being a building construction company, it also has the capacity of generating revenue for the state through its raw materials and trains youths with the intention of installing the company’s products anywhere.
He commended Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for investing in housing and infrastructural projects in the state
Responding, The Chairman of the committee, Rasheed Elegbeleye commended the management of the company for a job well done
Mr.Elegbeleye who spoke through a member of the Committee, Mr. Jamiu Maito confirmed that it would give residents particularly civil servants the advantage of owning a house as payment can be made in instalments.
The lawmaker stressed that the company must be supported to deliver on its mandate so as to prevent the tragedy of building collapses while assuring of policies that would aid its operations.
He equally thanked Governor Akeredolu for creating an enabling environment for businesses to thrive in the state.
Other members encouraged the management to replicate same at other Senatorial Districts, increase the workforce of the company by employing youths of the state for effective service delivery and more revenue generation.
