Including oyster mushrooms in your daily diet can help you to stay alive because its medicinal. Its uses are antioxidant, anticancer, antidiabetic, anti cholesterolemic, antibacterial, detoxification and cardiovascular protector. It also protect against tumor development and inflammatory processes.

HOW CAN MUSHROOM BE CULTIVATED

 To grow mushrooms you will need its ingredients which are the spawn and the substrate, In layman terms it means the seed and the soil. The substrate include corn cup, rice brown, wood shaving, saw dust.

This materials are mixed together with water and lime to kill the germs and then sterilized at a certain temperature to get it ready for inoculation with the spawn.

This are kept in a dark room for 30 days before displaying it in the fruiting house, and with some days of wetting With water you will have your MUSHROOM.
