My challenges, best lesson ever – Gangan Praise

An Akure born talking drummer, Adebowale Oladimeji Isaac, popularly known as Gangan Praise, has described challenges he faced at the early stage of his career as the best lessons he ever received.

In an interview with Friday Extravaganza, he narrated how he began drumming and other issues.

He said things were though when he started drumming, to the extent that he would beg to play talking drum in churches and outings and at times he would be embarrassed in public.

Gangan Praise noted that life has now been awesome, for him as a percussionist and drummer, adding that God has been helping him.

He stated that drumming has opened so many doors of opportunities and achievement for him, assuring that is bound to he record great success in life.

The drummer, who is a graduate of Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti, informed that he started drumming when he was a young boy at age seven, but professionally at age eleven.

He attributed his success in the industry to God’s doing, saying He has been his source of inspiration to stand out among his equal.

Gangan Praise said he use his leisure time to think about new gigs, arrangement and being creative in all ways.

He stated that his aim in drumming is to win more souls to the kingdom of God and also to be known all over the world with his talent.

He noted that although during this season of COVID-19, life has not been easy, but that the grace of God is sufficient for him.

He advised his colleagues to keep doing what they love doing most and remember that life is just like a dice and you don’t know what comes next.

  1. Wow, that’s amazing, kudos to him. He’s a well known percussionist in the whole ondo state and nation at large, more grace and tune to your drum.
