The newly appointed Caretaker Chairman Ese Odo Local Government, Mr. Ojo Omolewa has promised  to embark on grassroots development programmes and policies that will add value to the workers and the entire people of the local government.

Omolewa stated this during his first official visit to the local government where he was received by the management and staff.

 The council boss used the occasion to thank the State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for the privilege given unto him to serve his people in such capacity.

  He expressed his appreciation to the Deputy Governor, Mr Agboola Ajayi who he described as his mentor.

The new chairman promised to run an inclusive government by carrying everyone along in the best interest of the local government.

He therefore sought maximum cooperation and support of all sons and daughters of the local government including religion and traditional leaders so as to collectively benefit from the dividend of democracy through local government administration.

While speaking on behalf of the workers, Head of Personnel Management, Barrister Ogbaro Oye assured the chairman of the workers readiness to commit to excellent and diligent service in the discharge of their duties.
