A mother of four, Mrs Oluwaseun Ogundipe, has approached a Grade A Customary Court sitting at Oke-Eda, in Akure, seeking for the dissolution of her 18-year-old relationship with her husband.

Oluwaseun, amongst other claims before the court, hadalleged her husband of disgracing and embarrassing her,  in public and private places.

“My husband is not a responsible man  comes home late without explaining why he keeps late nights.

“He is found of getting himself drunk, to the extent of urinating on the her body and bedwetting.

“I cannot cope with his attitude any longer. I’m fed up because my husband did not take good care of me and his children.

“We have four issues in the relationship. But my husband will leave the house everyday, without even bothering whether we eat or not,” she explained.

Consequently, she told the court she no longer has love for her husband.

She, therefore, urged the court to admit and grant her claims, because she is tired of the union.

In his defence, the defendant, Mr Sola Ogundipe, denied all the allegations leveled against him by his wife, saying that it was all lies.

He told the court that his wife is having affairs with one prophet in Akure, so she has not been giving him respect anymore as her husband.

“I caught my wife with another man. She acknowledged the prophet on her project, which read, ” I appreciate my lovely and caring husband, Prophet Oyeniyi Ayeni, that assisted and stood by me throughout my course.
