Nasarawa United COVID-19 test results returned negative

Results of the COVID-19 tests for officials and players of Nasarawa United Football Club have been released
According to the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Abdullahi Sule on Health Matters, who supervised the process at the Nasarawa State Centre for Infectious Disease and Research Centre, Lafia, Princess Margaret Elayo, all the results returned negative.
Nasarawa United officials and players had undertaken the mandatory COVID -19 tests yesterday in Lafia as part of the requirements by the Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19, the Nigerian Football Federation and the League Management Company before the commencement off of the 2020/2021 Nigerian Professional Football League Season which the club will be participating in.
Club Chairman, Barr. Isaac Danladi, who was intimated about the cheering news expressed great joy over the outcome of the tests, and thanked the Management of the Agency and the Nasarawa State Government for a job well-done and for releasing the results as earlier promised.
