Mandot Soccer Stars FC, are in the Remo centre of the Nation -Wide League One (NLO)Division three intensifying efforts to grab the lone promotion slot from the center .
Teams competing for Division two promotion Dannaz FC, Gadmaj FC, Customs FC, Mandot SSFC, Able God, Sagamu United and Eleweran Bombers.
Mandot in its quest to grab the slot have defeated Able God 3-2 , thrashed Eleweran Bombers 4-0, Pipped Sagamu Bombers 5-2 to top the group two with Nine points.
While Dannaz FC are topping group One with 6points after defeated Gadmaj FC and Customs FC in the group.
The two table toppers Mandot SSFC and Dannaz FC will tackle trade in the final encounter tomorrow to decide which team would pick the promotion slot from the centre to join other seven others teams from others center to promote to Division two of the NLO.
One team will get a slot each from the eight centres across the country.
In a chat with Sporting Hope, former Ondo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development,Mr Dotun Owanikin who is also the President of the Mandot SSFC expressed optimism that his team would grab the lone available slot from the centre.
According to him, “we have a very high hope that we are going to pick the slot, because our players are fantastic both on and off the pitch.”
