NOUN director fetes Law students

The Director of Akure Study Centre of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Professor Samuel Ogunwale Ogundiran has showered commendations on Law students of the centre for exhibiting high academic and moral standards at the Nigeria Law School, Abuja.

Ogundiran made the observation in Akure at a luncheon held to honour the students who had just concluded their Bar I Programme.

He said reports reaching him showed that the law students manifested excellent and ethical conduct during the one year programme and implored them to continue to be good ambassadors of NOUN.

Ogundiran said he was particularly impressed since no student of the university was found culpable in any vice or examination malpractice.

The Chairman of Ondo State Elders Advisory Council of Law Graduates, Venerable Nelson Fadoju commended the Centre Director for his kind heartedness and good will to the students.

Fadoju thanked the Director for the luncheon, he appreciated the NOUN management and expressed the desire of the students seeing the school authority visiting them at the Law School to find out about their progress which will spur them to greater heights.

Two portrait photographs of NOUN Akure students centre and Ondo State NOUN Law graduates were later presented to Professor Ogundiran for the archives.
