Sunshine Stars Football Club yesterday slipped to 2-0 loss in the hands of Plateau United in the week 19 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) decided in Jos.

Plateau United scored in the 21 and 70 minutes of the encounter.

Efforts by the Akure based team to turn the table against their hosts were not successful as the home team held on to the three maximum point going into the two weeks NPFL break.
