NPFL: Sunshine Stars facile past Lobi Stars

Sunshine Stars Super sub, Chibundun Amah electrified Ondo State Sports complex with a hat-trick in the second half of the rescheduled match day 2 of the Nigeria Professional League.
The first half of the entertaining encounter ended in a barren draw. Efforts from Lobi Stars to replicate what they did at the Apar Aku Stadium, Makurdi fortnight ago was well curtailed by the Sunshine Stars back line.
Lobi Stars had denied Sunshine Stars Sasere Franklin with a decisive block inside the area in the 49th minute while Jide Fatokun hits the side net with well struck efforts.
Before Sunshine Stars technical adviser kabir Dogo made a tactical change by throw in Chibundun Amah for Kolade Adeniji in the 65 minute.
Chibundun lived up to expectation by opening the door for goals as the Owena Whales lead in the 79th minute with a beautiful strike, before he added two more goals for the home team in the 83rd and 88th minute of the game .
During a post match interview, Sunshine Stars handler, Kabir Dogo appreciated the home fans and the government of Ondo state for their immense support .
According to him, this is the kind of support we need from the home fans, this kind of support will always give us the goals. This is a turn around for the team and a moral booster ahead of our next home match against Enugu Rangers on Sunday.
The match ended 3-0 in favour of Sunshine stars FC.
