NWPL Super IV: Be optimistic ODSFA boss urges Sunshine Queens

The chairman Ondo State Football Agency, (ODSFA) Alhaji Tajudeen Akinyemi has urged players of sunshine Queens FC to raise the bar as the date for the super IV playoffs draws near.
Akinyemi said the Lagos event is another opportunity for the girls to exhibit good football skills that will enhance the desired result and make the state football lovers smile.
He was addressing newsmen in Akure after the team’s training session.
Akinyemi Opined that the league diadem must be the target having failed to win the Aiteo cup.
” There’s a positive believe since the league started, the players and coaches showed a good commitment, but it is not over yet until it is over “
The football administrator also described other competing teams as no pushovers urging sunshine Queens players to see themselves as champions.
” I’m of the opinion that the three other teams are not better than us, they are not minors. Focus is key and I’m sure my players are aware that optimism gives a positive result.
Alhaji Norway as he is fondly called assured that the players will be motivated before and during the five day event.
He commended the female department of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) for raising the standard of the Elite league during this football season.
The Super IV event is billed for the Agege stadium, Lagos between
January 23 and 26, 2019.
The aim of the super IV is to determine which of the top two teams in the Abridged league will be crowned champions.
Participating teams are, Defending champions Nasarawa Amazons of lafia, Aiteo cup winners, Rivers Angels, Sunshine Queens FC and Bayelsa Queens FC.
