ODHA seeks peace among groups

The Ondo State House of Assembly has congratulated Muslims across the country on the conclusion of their Ramadan fast.
In a message to Muslim faithful on the occasion of the Eid el – Fitri celebration, the lawmakers enjoined Muslims to allow themselves to be guided by the experience of the Ramadan fast.
The message signed by the Chairman, House Committee on Information Youth and Sports Development, Mr Olugbenga Omole, called on Muslims to embrace peace at all times as preached by the Holy Prophet Mohammed.
The Lawmakers urged Muslim faithful to cultivate harmonious living with other religious, doing so would see the nation through its current travails.
Omole who expressed optimism of a greater tomorrow for Nigeria, enjoined Muslims and other religious groups to pray for the nation to overcome her current challenges.
While calling for a moderate celebration of the Eid el- Fitri, the Lawmakers urged them to be wary of the existence of the Indian variant of COVID-19 in Nigeria and the need to observe all prescribed safety protocols.
