The chairman Ondo State Football Agency, Alhaji Tajudeen Akinyemi has congratulated and commended players and officials of Sunshine Queens FC following the team’s league 3rd place finish .

Akinyemi, who highlighted some of the challenges faced be the team before and during the league campaign commended the team for putting up a good fight to finish the season on a high note

He described the bronze medal won in Lagos at the Super 4 playoffs as a well deserved one .

The soft spoken football administrator also commended the technical crew headed by Wemimo Mathew for instilling Discipline in the team and achieving a great result

“I’m most excited. We are here to celebrate our achievement, I know it’s not easy to achieve this feat and that’s why I’m saying job well done, I appreciate you all”

Alhaji Norway as he is fondly called promised to offset backlog of allowances and other entitlements with an improved welfare package ahead of the new season.

Also a full-time board member, Hon Dare Ogunleye appreciated the efforts of the players urging them to surpass past records this season.

Skipper of the team Opeyemi Aiyeniberu thanked the management for their efforts this out gone season with a passionate plea to offset outstanding allowances.
