Ondo State Government has signed an amended memorandum of understanding with Integrated Associate Limited on the development of integrated Sunshine Housing Estates Project along Oda road, Akure.
This is in its determination to develop affordable housing estates with provision of basic infrastructure
Performing the ceremony in her office, Secretary to the State Government, Princess Oladunni Odu said that the state is collaborating with Integrated Associate Limited, a corporate developer for the completion of the 106 housing units at Oda road, Akure under Public Private Partnership arrangement.
Princess Odu charged the company to stick to the terms of the agreement in the MOU, ensure speedy deployment to the site and put in place a formidable structures that would attract patronage from all and sundry in the state.
Mr. Agbaminoja Taiwo, the Managing Director of the company while thanking the SSG for the signed document, promised never to betray the trust repose on the company by the state government.
He said the the Integrated associate limited is fully prepared to mobilise to the site and start work immediately.
