As part of efforts  put in place by the Ondo state government to maintain a clean environment, the Commissioner for Environment, Mr. Funso Esan would on Tuesday lead a team to Okitipupa and Ilaje local government areas on awareness campaign on waste and environmental management.

This would go a long way in obtaining a healthy environment and also make the top list of the most clean state in the country.

According to a statement which was signed by the  Ministry’s media spokesman, Adenike Ayo- Fagbe and made available to The Hope, the awareness campaign visit is schedule to hold on Tuesday 25th September, 2018 affords the ministry to express government’s mind and concern for healthy living for its citizenry.

It further stated that the Commissioner and his team had earlier visited all the local government areas in the Central and Northern parts of the state and enjoined the people of the area  to cooperate and make themselves available in a bid to contribute their own quota to the development of the sunshine state.
