Revenue consultants working with Osun State Government have been urged to desist from all forms of fraudulent acts .

The Acting Chairman, Osun Internal Revenue Service, OIRS, Mr. Abiodun Olaitan gave this warning while clarifying the stand of OIRS and the State government on the news making the rounds about one of the revenue consultants for the State Ministry of Environment and Sanitation directing that money should be paid into his personal account.

The OIRS boss  urged the good people of the state not to pay their tax levies into anybody’s personal account, instead it should be paid into any of Osun State verified Bank Account given by Osun Internal Revenue Service.

As an alternative, the acting OIRS boss advised that any person or organisation willing to make any payment should go to the OIRS headquarters for further enquires.
