… It’s honour well deserved, says Ondo lawmakers

Lawmakers in the Ondo State House of Assembly have congratulated the Speaker, Oladiji Olamide Adesanmi on his election as the Vice Chairman (South) of the Nigeria Conference of Speakers.
In a statement signed by the Chairman, House Committee on information, Olátúnjí Oshati, the lawmakers described the Speaker’s election as an honour well deserved.
“You have demonstrated a high sense of leadership quality since your assumption of office as the Speaker, Ondo State House of Assembly.
“To us as a body of lawmakers in the Ondo State House of Assembly, you have proven yourself to be a leader and team player and we are proud to associate with your numerous successes in office.
“No wonder the saying that a ‘golden fish has no hiding place’. Your election into the exalted position of Vice Chairman (South) of the Speakers’ Conference is a testament to your giant strides among your peers in the business of lawmaking”.
“While praying to God to grant you the wisdom Knowledge and understanding to excel in this your call to duty, the entire body of lawmakers in the Ondo State House of Assembly will continue to pray along, for you to succeed in this your noble assignment.
“Once again, congratulations, Mr Speaker and we wish you greater heights as you steer the ship of the 10th House of Assembly of Ondo state”.
