The Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) has picked its candidate for the October 10, 2020 governorship election in Ondo state.
During a convention held in Akure, an activist Comrade Darius Benjamin Olarotimi, emerged the governorship candidate after beating his sole challenger, Pastor Olusegun Esho.
Olarotimi scored 65 votes out of 90 votes to defeat Esho who polled 20 votes and five votes were invalidated.
The exercise monitored by INEC officials was organized by convention committee headed by Mr Eni Akinsola.
The convention was attended by a former Governor of Ondo State, Dr Olusegun Mimiko and the State Chairman of ZLP, Joseph Akinlaja.
