Ondo Amotekun deploys men to LGs

The Ondo state security agency, Amotekun Corps has deployed its men to all the 18 local government area of the state to work with other security agencies.
This was disclosed by the Commander, Mr. Adetunji Adeleye at the Command’s headquarters while dispatching the corps to the various local government area in the state.
He said: “You have all been trained adequately and faced many obstacle. Be ready to do the needful. You have all gone through drill, faced obstacles in the forest and dispatched to various local governments where you are expected to perform maximum duty.
Adeleye noted that the men are to work with existing security out fit on ground as they are also expected to interact with the Local government chairmen, officers, head of Civil defence among others.
He added that their principal duty is to assist the existing security agencies on ground to fish out criminals. He also enjoined them not engage in partisan politics.
