Ondo APC advises Osinbajo to put political attack behind

The Ondo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has implored Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to put behind him political attack on him and continue to provide valuable suggestions that will move the nation forward.
In a statement issued by the State Director of Media and Publicity of the party, Mr. Steve Otaloro, appealed to the vice president to ignore unwarranted attacks by some unscrupulous persons aimed at unsettling him.
According to the statement, “We are using this medium to implore the Vice President to ignore those unwarranted actions by unscrupulous persons aimed at unsettling him.
“Also, we appeal to him to put all the distractions behind him and continue to provide valuable suggestion and support to the President to grow our nation, as haters would always throw spanners in the work”.
The advice by the party in the state followed the solidarity walk staged by the Southwest Youth Congress in Ondo State against political attack on the vice president.
It would be recalled that youths converged on the popular Oba Adesida road armed with placards with various inscriptions and terminated the walk at APC secretariats along Oyemekun road where they were received by the State party chairman, Mr. Ade Adetimehin
The party in the statement explained that it was disturbed by unauthorized action of some people who used the name of the party’s chapter to campaign for the vice president for presidential election in 2023 in Akure
In the statement, the party described the action of unauthorized campaign ahead 2023 as shock, odd and unacceptable
The party, therefore, call on the State Commissioner of Police to take necessary action to fetch out the detractors who, obviously hiding under the name of the party to create dispute within.
