Ondo APC primary: ‘Integrity, not money ’ll determine winner’

The APC Gubernatorial Primary in Ondo State will be determined by the integrity and character of aspirants and not money, said the founder of Ondo Progressives, Mr. Adegboyega Amoboye in a press release recently.
Amoboye also Member of the Yoruba Education Trust Fund ( YETFUND) said his prediction is premised on the fact that Ondo State has always been noted for integrity, courage and character.
“Therefore voters would not depart from their hallmark of credibility” which he said has set the incumbent Governor, Mr. Lucky Ayedatiwa aside as the man to beat.
He said Lucky Aiyedatiwa who is generally acknowledged as a personification of integrity and character will emerge from the primary as the preferred candidate based on feelers from party hierarchy in the state.
To his advantage said Amoboye, the Governor has a Deputy and running mate who is also a man of character, integrity and humility Chief Olayide Adelami from Owo, Ondo North.
He commended Governor Ayedatiwa for performing to the expectations of the people by his continuation with welfare scheme for the people and infrastructural development of the state with contractors mobilised to sites.
