The Ondo State House of Assembly has been plunged into mourning following the death of the Secretary to the State Government, Temitayo Oluwatuyi.

In a statement issued by the Chairman of the House Committee on Information, Chief Oshati Olatunji, the Speaker, Chief Olamide Oladiji, conveyed profound shock and sorrow at the passing of Oluwatuyi.

Speaking on behalf of the Assembly, Oladiji extended heartfelt condolences to the state government, describing the late Oluwatuyi as a selfless and amiable individual with remarkable humility.

He expressed the Assembly’s sympathy to the bereaved family, noting the deep sense of loss felt across the state.

The Speaker also commiserated with the people of Akure, hailing Oluwatuyi as an illustrious son whose significant contributions to the development of Ondo State would remain indelible.

Oladiji prayed for the repose of the late SSG’s soul and urged the people of Ondo State to find strength in the face of this great loss.
