The Ondo State Government will tomorrow June 22 commence its 2024 state examinations, beginning with the Common Entrance Examination into the Unity Secondary Schools.

The entrance examination, overseen by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, is crucial for selecting candidates for admission into the five government-owned Unity Secondary Schools across the state.

In an official statement by Olaoluwa Meshack, the Head of Info and Media in the ministry, the Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Folasade Adegoke, urged candidates to arrive at their designated centers by 8:00 AM.

Adegoke emphasized the importance of punctuality and preparation, advising parents and guardians to ensure their children and wards bring their registration slips and necessary writing materials.

The Common Entrance Examination into the Unity Secondary Schools marks the beginning of a series of state examinations in the state.

Following this, the Common Entrance Examination for public secondary schools will take place next Saturday.

Additionally, the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and the Joint SS2 Promotion Examination are scheduled in the coming weeks.
