Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Ondo State chapter has elected and inaugurated new executive with Rev John Ayo Oladapo and Mr Rotji Nyokke as chairman and Secretary respectively.

The inauguration ceremony held at Saint David Cathedral had in attendance many dignitaries including the governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu represented by Chairman of the state Christian Welfare Board.

Other members of the executive are : Rev Fr Anslem Ologunwa Dep Chairman, Pst Moses Ajayi, Assistant Secretary, Dr M. A. Ojo, Treasurer, Elder O. I. Olawale, Financial Secretary.

Others are : Prophet Ifedayo Samuel, PRO, Rev Peter Ihuaku, Auditor 1. Mr Olamide Dare, Auditor 11 and Barr. Titus Agbede, Legal Adviser.

In his inaugural speech, CAN chairman, Rev Oladapo who assured his members that he will justify the confidence reposed in him, urged Christians to pray for the peaceful conduct of the forthcoming general elections.
