Ondo East LG grades rural roads

Ondo East Local Government  has commenced grading of rural roads across the  local government area.

The grading is to connect rural communities and ensure free flow of traffic across  the council.

The grading exercise which will be handled by the local government engineers was also intended to carefully link all the communities in the council areas to enhance infrastructural and economic development of the local government area.

The council chairman, Mr. Akinkuotu Olawale revealed that his administration is fully committed towards making life meaningful to people of the local government area through the creation of good road network.

The leader of Bomodeoku community, Mr. Ayodeji Ajibayo thanked the state government under the leadership of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu and the local government council under the leadership of Mr. Akinkuotu Olawale for remembering the people of his community.

His words, we thank our governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu. Just as his slogan ‘ibi giga’ we pray that he will continue to make progress in life. We also thank the local government chairman, Mr. Akinkuotu Olawale  for this exercise. We are happy that the government is grading this road for us.”

The leader of Leutu community, Mr Olajide Emanuel commended the local government chairman for embarking on the exercise.

His words, “we thank God for the opportunity giving to us by the government. We are very happy that the government is helping us to grade this road today. The grading exercise is going to be from Bomodeoku to Leutu. We are happy that we are enjoying this from the government.
