The Ondo State Football Association has disclosed that it’s not in support of this call for the removal of the Ondo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports,Mr Bamidele Ologunloluwa.
It added that the commissioner is trying his best to reposition football in the state.
The Stats FA in release signed by its Chairman Otunba Dele Ajayi said” “The attention of the Ondo State Football Association has been drawn to several publications calling for the removal of the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Bamidele Ologunloluwa by some fans.”
“We at the Ondo State FA believe that the call for the removal of the commissioner will further distract efforts to ensure that the darling team of the Ondo State People’s team to play in the super six of the elite league will further dwindle.
At this trying time, we urge the people of Ondo State to rally round and support the commissioner to ensure that the team’s performance is improved and ensure that we all have the desired results.
Also, we will use this opportunity to urge the Ministry under the leadership of the commissioner to further improve on relationship with all stakeholders in the state for a more robust relationship that will help the team as a whole.
