Ondo guber: Assembly Service Commission congratulates Gov Aiyedatiwa, Dgov Adelami
The Ondo State House of Assembly Service Commission has congratulated the Governor-elect, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, and his Deputy-elect, Dr. Olayide Adelami, on their victory in the November 16 gubernatorial election in the state.
In a congratulatory message issued by its Chairman, Rt. Hon. Dare Emiola, and other commissioners, Rt. Hon. Coker Malachi, Hon. Idowu Adebusuyi, Hon. Adeloye Oladejo, and Hon. Ola Oguntimehin, the Commission described the election’s outcome as a true reflection of the people’s love for Governor Aiyedatiwa’s administration.
The message, made available to newsmen in Akure, commended the peaceful conduct of the election and expressed confidence in the electoral umpire for a job well done.
The Assembly Service Commission pledged more diligent service delivery within its mandate, as may be required by the state government, to support the development of Ondo State under Governor Aiyedatiwa.
“We believe in the leadership style of Governor Aiyedatiwa, and within the short period of his governance, the state has witnessed tremendous progress in critical areas,” the statement read.
According to the Commission, the recent landslide victory indicates that Ondo State belongs to the progressive family and will remain so, by the grace of God, coupled with the exemplary leadership and anticipated performance of the amiable Governor.
“The All Progressives Congress (APC) winning in all 18 local government areas shows the level of acceptability by the people of Ondo State,” the statement added.
The Assembly Service Commission urged the Governor to continue his all-inclusive governance approach and remain committed to providing sustainable peace and infrastructure that will position Ondo State favourably among the comity of states in Nigeria.
