Chief Judge of Ondo State, Justice O. O. Akeredolu has approved the use of the state High Court premises within the judiciary headquarters, Akure, as venue for the National and State House of Assembly Election’s Tribunal.

The President of Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Adamu Bulkachuwa (CFR), had earlier constituted the Election Petitions Tribunal for the 2019 National and State Houses of Assembly for the state.

According to a statement from the Secretary of the Ondo State Election Petitions Tribunal, Sir Livinus Chibuike Ugwu, said all enquiries on the operation of the tribunal should be directed to the Secretary of the Tribunal.
