The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Ondo State chapter’s stakeholders have unanimously ratified the suspension of Fatai Adams for anti-party activities.

This was contained in a statement signed and made available to journalists by the State Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr. Kennedy Peretei.

Recall that, the State Working Committee (SWC) had earlier suspended the state chairman on January 2, 2024. A decision that was ratified by the State Executive Committee (SEC) of the party two days after.

“Today, party leaders and stakeholders from across the 18 Local Government areas of Ondo State have finally endorsed the suspension,” the statement read

The stakeholders also endorsed the appointment of Basorun Tola Alebere as Acting Chairman pending when the Disciplinary Committee takes a final decision on Fatai Adams.

“The party wishes to  appreciate all the organs of the party for their unflinching support, devotion and dedication to the course of the party” It added.
