A 17-year-old teenager identified as Soji Olaro has been arrested by operatives of the Ondo State Police Command for robbery and killing in Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo state.
The Hope Metro gathered that Olaro allegedly carried out the crime with his two other friends who escaped from the police during the raid.
The suspect was paraded at the Police Officers Mess after a press briefing in Alagbaka, Akure.
According to the suspect; “I was with my two other friends who I met in Ore and this was not the first time we have been operating in Ore.
“The last time we went for an operation, we killed someone. But this time, luck ran out on me as I was arrested while my accomplices bolted.
“We normally use cutlasses and heavy sticks to carry out our operations. I don’t know them before, but we only meet whenever we have any operation to carry out, and we agreed to work together,” he confessed.
