The remains of the Secretary to the Ondo State Government, Tayo Oluwatuyi, will be laid to rest today in his hometown, Akure.

Oluwatuyi died on January 4, 2025, from injuries sustained in a car accident on December 15, 2024, while travelling to Ibadan. Despite receiving medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries.

A dedicated public servant, he served as Chairman of Akure South Local Government, Commissioner, and twice as Secretary to the State Government.
