Ondo SSG’s death tragic – Fasoranti

By Kemi Olatunde

The chairman of the Ondo State Hospitals’ Management Board (HMB), Dr. Taiwo Fasoranti, has described the sudden death of the Secretary to the Ondo State Government (SSG), Hon. Temitayo Oluwatuyi, as a tragic loss to the state.

He made this statement while leading other board members on a condolence visit to the widow of the late SSG in Akure.

Dr. Fasoranti expressed deep sadness over the demise of Hon. Oluwatuyi, whom he described as a kind-hearted man.

He said, “He was a compassionate man who loved his people and served his community (Akure) from his younger days. His love for his people made him remain in Akure after his education.

“He was a man of peace who believed in giving back to his people at all levels.

A kind-hearted man, he offered his life in service to others. He lived close to his people and was a simple man with outstanding traits and lasting legacies.”

While condoling with the state Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, and the people of the state, Dr. Fasoranti added that Hon. Oluwatuyi’s death “has left a huge vacuum in our lives,” noting that the state has lost a great leader.

He prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and asked God to grant the residents of the state the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

Other board members, including Nurse Patience Arinola Adamolekun, Dr. Rotimi Wilson, Pharm. Taiwo Adefurin, and the HMB Permanent Secretary, Dr. Ayodele Ojo, were present during the visit.
