Ondo’ll partner physically challenged -Mrs Akeredolu

The wife of Ondo State Governor, Arabinrin Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu has reassured of her commitment to partner any relevant organizations interested in taking care of the physically challenged in the state.
Mrs. Akeredolu made this known on Saturday in Ondo during the annual empowerment programme for the less-privileged organized by WHO I AM FOUNDATION (WIAF).
The Foundation is a non-governmental, non-partisan and non-religious organization initiated by Mrs. Joy Taibat Salami Olafisaoye, a total blind woman to put smiles on the faces of the special people in the society.
Represented by the Special Assistant to Ondo State Governor on Gender, Research and Documentation, Mrs. Temitope Daniyan said Arabinrin Betty Akeredolu promised support to any organizations with same initiatives in her capacity.
Early, initiator of WIAF, Mrs. Joy Taibat Salami Olafisaoye said she was a 200 level student of Mass Communication of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma when she lost her sight which made her not to conclude her education at the institution.
Mrs. Olafisaoye, joined the School for the Blind in Owo to learn brail and typing who is also a computer operator said her concern for many other vulnerable and visually impaired persons in the society informed the establishment of the foundation.
