Dare devil armed robbers on Thursday invaded a new generation bank at Okuku town in Odo-Otin local government in Osun State in a bid to rob the bank.
The armed robbers, it was learnt, stormed the bank around noon, shooting sporadically into the air to create fear and scare residents away so that they could perpetrate their crime.
The state Police Command spokesperson, SP Yemisi Opalola, who confirmed the incident said CP Olawale Olokode, led a team of police to the scene of the crime and dislodged the armed robbers and for possible arrest.”
