A staff member of Owena Press Limited, the publisher of The Hope Newspaper, Mr. Olufemi George, who died on Wednesday, has been buried in Akure, the Ondo State capital.
Until his death, he was a production staff of the company. He passed away after a brief illness.
The burial of the late George was attended by staff of the company, led by its Managing Director, Mr. Kayode Fasua, at Adofure along Idanre road, Akure.

Leading the burial service for the late George, the Pastor of Christ Apostolic Church, Ore Ofe Iye, Idanre Garage, Akure, Pastor Omoniyi Akinrolayo, described George as a committed Christian who dedicated his life to serving Christ as a Sunday school teacher in the church.
The cleric, who said that the deceased had completed the purpose for which he was created on earth, admonished the family, co-workers, friends, and sympathisers to always reflect on the reality of death, noting that everyone created from dust will return to dust.
Quoting from Job 14:2, the pastor emphasised that whoever dies in Christ does not die in vain, while those who die without Christ die in vain.
He urged everyone to give their life to Christ while they are still alive.
He prayed that God would grant fortitude to his family, friends, and co-workers to bear the loss.
In his comments, the Administrative Manager of Owena Press Limited, Mr. Kole Akinjeji, thanked God for the faithful life Mr. George lived before his death.
He described the late George as an easygoing man who lived a peaceful life.
