Owner of building destroyed by rainstorm, cries to govt

It was all tears and sorrow for the Abudus of Temidire street, Idashen area of Ondo State  as the rainstorm that accompanied the 10 minutes rainfall that took place in the area  led to the total collapse of their building.

The rain which started at about 6:56 pm came with a devastating rainstorm which blew off part of the roof before the whole was brought on the building which led to its collapse.

Speaking with The Hope, the owner of the building, Mr Idowu Abudu, who was still in the state of distraught at the time our reporter visited the scene, said he was at a loss as to what to do next.

He appealed to the state government  to come to his aid.

Similarly, his wife, Mrs Titilayo Abudu who said she escaped death by the whiskers said she has been in agony.

Mrs Abudu told The Hope that her family has been disorganized by the occurrence.

According to her, family members now sleep in different places while she I’d not even sure where her children Kay their head in the night.

She appealed to government and kind hearted individuals to come to their aid.
