Owo Anglican Diocese pays condolence visit to Akeredolu’s family

Leaders of Owo Anglican Diocese have joined other Nigerians to pay a Condolence Visit to the family of late Governor of Ondo State, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.

The Bishop, Rt. Rev Stephen Fagbemi led other Leaders and some members to the Ibadan residence of the late Chancellor of the Diocese.

While condoling with the family, Bishop Fagbemi noted that Arakunrin Akeredolu was not just a Governor but a visionary man who was passionate about the things of God.

He maintained that Late Akeredolu has left a vacuum which will be difficult to fill in the Diocese, the State and the nation at large and prayed God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.

Responding on behalf of the family, the deceased younger brother, Prof. Oluwole Akeredolu thanked the Bishop and entire diocese of Owo Anglican communion for their love and support during the trying period and asked that the Church continue to remember the family in prayer.

The Bishop was accompanied by his Wife, Mrs Florence Fagbemi and other members of the diocese.
