Owo PDP leaders declare support for Akeredolu

Ahead of this year’s governorship poll, leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party in Owo, home town of the incumbent Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu ,have declared their support for the governor.
The leaders include a former council chairman, Mr Oluwole Folahanmi and seven councilors.
The former council boss promised to work for Akeredolu’s second term bid with his supporters as a mark of solidarity for the excellent jobs being done by the governor.
The former Chairman and the seven councillors held a meeting with three aides of the governor at the residence of Engr. Raimi Aminu, Special Adviser to Ondo State Governor on Lands, Works and Infrastructure, on Saturday 25th day of July, 2020 in Owo.
Other aides of the governor at the meeting are Hon. Lawal Fatai Olushina, Special Assistant to Ondo State Governor on Natural Resources and Olatunbosun Aganun, Senior Special Assistant to Ondo State Governor on Community Development.
The former chairman and councillors resolved to mobilise thousands of their supporters and other members electorate to vote for Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu Aketi, on 10th October, 2020 at the governorship poll.
They all promised to integrate themselves into All Progressive Congress, APC at their different wards.
