Osun State Government has disclosed that the mass transit buses being prepared for Osun residents will be ready for use by November 19.
Commissioner for Transportation, Sesan Oyedele disclosed this at the maiden edition of ‘Ipade Imole’, a programme organised by the office of the Spokesperson to the Governor.
The Transportation Commissioner, who was invited by the Osun State Governor to brief the people, told the audience that the buses which are being prepared will cushion the effect of fuel subsidy removal on residents.
Oyedele added that more buses will be procured in addition to the ones already being refurbished for the use of Osun people.
He further explained that the buses will be distributed round the State with a view to easing the movement of people from one point to the other.
