The defendant appeared before Magistrate T.I. Ayodele James, on a one-count charge of stealing.
The prosecution, led by state counsel C.C. Ude, disclosed that the alleged offence took place on October 26, 2024, at 7:45 p.m. at Ipesha in Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo State.

Presiding Magistrate T.I. Ayodele James granted bail in the sum of N500,000, requiring two sureties in like sum, and adjourned the case to December 3, 2024, for re-arraignment.
